Planning Board Minutes-October
LINDLEY TOWN PLANNING BOARD October 17, 2005
The regular meeting of the Lindley Town Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson, Mary Lentzen. Members present included Earl Titus, Gerry Gross, Mark Swan, Jim White and Manley Davis. The CEO, David Fuller, and 2 visitors were also present.
Minutes of the September meeting were read. A Motion by Gerry to accept the Minutes as read was seconded by Jim and passed unanimously.
The CEO asked if the Town had any regulations concerning set backs for a leach field? Harley Reynolds is requesting information on set backs for a leach field. Mary stated there is nothing in the Zoning Laws. David is telling residents 10 feet but has nothing to back up his statement. Also, Ben Jolly on Glick Rd. asked to place a sign for a business in his yard but the business is elsewhere. Mary stated off premises signs are not allowed.
As there was no further business, Earl made a Motion the meeting be adjourned, Gerry seconded and the Motion carried unanimously at 7:10 p.m.
