Notice is hereby given that the following Public Hearing will be held on NOVEMBER 1, 2005 at 7 p.m. in the Lindley Town Hall, Route 15 Linddley, NY for the purpose of considering revisions to the Zoning Law as required by Section 239 of NYS General Municipal Law. The Public Hearing will also consider revisions to the Fee Schedule.

All interested persons are requested to attend. Copies of the Zoning Law and Fee Schedule proposals are available at the Town Hall.
