NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2006 TOWN OF LINDLEY PRELIMINARY BUDGET:


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The preliminary Budget for the Town of Lindley for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2006 has been completed and a copy has been filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Lindley, 637 US 15 Lindley, and NY 14858. Where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular Business hours:
Mon. 9am-1pm, Tues. 9am-1pm/7pm-9pm Thurs.& Fri. 1pm-5pm Sat. 9am-12 pm (noon).

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget will be held on Thursday November 10th, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 US 15 Lindley, NY. Any person may be heard in favor or against said Budget at this time. Pursuant to section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the Following Town Officers is hereby specified as follows:

Town Supervisor: $5100.00
Director of Finance (Bookkeeper): $7500.00
Councilmen (4) $4800.00
Town Clerk: $7000.00
Tax Collector: $1836.00
Town Justice: $5733.00
Supt. of Highway: $31,660.00
Assessor (chairmen) $3060.00
Assessor (2) $4488.00
Budget Officer $450.00
L-P Fire Dept. Contract $30,800.00
